Heart & Soul Live Activation-Narrabeen

Please read carelfuly before arrival.

****Please wear layered, comfortable clothes as your temperature may fluctuate (inc warm socks for winter).

What to bring:

Water bottle, yoga mat, cushion and warm blanket. You are free to lie down or sit for the activation. A journal if you’d like to journal a little afterwards.

Chairs will also be available if required.

These activations are quite unique and not just a guided meditation. I channel very pure and potent healing energies. Many participants comment afterwards that they can feel it in their body. Every person's experience is unique. I hold the space for you to receive deep healing and transformation, not only for your own individual evolution and healing but to assist humanity and the earth. When we come together as a collective group, magic happens and the energies are amplified.

As this is a very sacred space, I do ask that you do not consume alcohol prior to arrival and that you remain still for some time after the healing to allow the energies to integrate and be processed. You may wish to leave immediatlely afterwards and that is perfectly ok. I will add you to a private FB group where you can share your experiences in your own time.
