**The Auditorium is the first building to your right as you enter the car park.

**Please wear comfortable clothes (inc warm socks for winter) and bring a water bottle, yoga mat, cushion and blanket. Some chairs will also be available if required.

As this is my final activation I will be serving some tea and biscuits afterwards so I have added an additional 30 minutes for this, however it is totally optional and if you prefer you may leave at 8.30pm. Xx
